Justin Bieber looks peaceful in his army green gear before heading to the paintball park for some boyish fun

At least Justin Bieber is taking his roughhousing to a proper venue.

The 20-year-old pop star was ready for action in camouflage clothes as he stepped out in Beverly Hills on Friday.

Justin wore military-style trousers and a large green jacket over a graphic print T-shirt, along with rugged green army boots that looked a tad expensive.

A reverse baseball cap was perched on top of Bieber's blond buzz, and he clutched his iPhone while crossing the street.

Despite the cloak of camouflaging clothes, Justin didn't seem too bothered when a group of girls recognised him and vied for his attention.

Justin gave the peace sign to passers-by while crossing the street, his eyebrows raised almost in salute.

The Baby singer also took to social media to share a couple of pictures from his paintballing excursion.

One photo showed Justin looking tough - as much he can - while holding the paintball gun, a companion standing next to him wearing the full protective helmet.

Justin appeared to be wearing the same clothes as before, only this time he traded the cap for a black knit beanie.

Bieber's been keeping busy, for the young star was also spotted leaving Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood at night with his friend Lil Twist.

On Friday, the singer shared progress on his boxing via a video on his Vine account, which showed him working out with his boxing trainer at a gym.

In the six-second clip, the Canadian star is seen lightly punching his trainer as he works up a sweat.

Justin went shirtless, showing off his lean and muscular body in a pair of long white boxing shorts and training shoes.

The two-time Grammy nominee added boxing gloves which he used to throw jabs and hooks at his professional opponent.

Earlier in the week, Justin landed himself in hot water after an all-night party at his Beverly Hills home caused his neighbours to complain.

According to TMZ, the Beverly Hills Police made two visits to Bieber's abode due to noise complaints before the party of 30 to 40 people was broken up about 12:40am on Tuesday night.

The hitmaker was said to have been cooperative, especially since he's still got two years of probation for his egg-throwing antics.
