She now counts Ferne McCann, Lauren Pope and now Jess Wright as frenemies, and even told besotted boyfriend Elliott Wright that she needed her space in last week's episode of TOWIE.

So it was no surprise that Chloe Sims admitted to being on a war path on Sunday night's show, telling close pal Gemma Collins that she was going to start talking straight.

Chloe was clearly in no mood for meddlers as she got the claws out for Jess Wright in a bitter war of words that followed their public spat on Twitter last week.

The 31-year-old star turned to her good friend Gemma for consolation as she explained her decision to go on a break with Elliott.

Inviting Gemma to her beauty bar in Essex for a cup of tea, Chloe said that she was cross that Elliott for thinking that he was newly-single when she'd only asked him for space to reevaluate their relationship.

Chloe called time on her relationship after she decided that she was too independent to deal with seeing her boyfriend every day, something which Gemma called 'like having a full time job.'

The brunette then contradicted herself by saying that she wanted the fairytale relationship with Elliott and expected him to ride in like a knight in shining armour and fight for her.

One other TOWIE friend who came up in conversation meanwhile, was her boyfriend's cousin Jess.

Jess and Chloe had fallen out publicly over Twitter when the mum-of-one made a scathing comment about Jess still being friends with Ferne McCann, after she and Elliott came to blows recently.

Following their social media spat, the warring duo awkwardly bumped into each other in the street and Chloe said she didn't like the way that Jess was suddenly interested in her relationship when she hadn't been previously.

She said: ‘I’m really p**sed off. We've been going through a really hard time when we don’t need someone else to get involved with something they clearly didn’t care about before.’

It was Jess and her mum Carol who tried to patch things up between the pair at a Wright family dinner later in the episode as Carol explained that Chloe might be wanting Elliott to prove how much he loved her.
