Big, bad and very sexy! Johnny Depp dons a furry suit as the Wolf in first look at new movie musical Into The Woods
Johnny Depp plays the Wolf in very thinly disguised wolf's clothing for his latest film Into The Woods.
The 51-year-old actor carries on his flair for the unusual on one of four new Entertainment Weekly covers celebrating the Christmas Day release of the fairy tale-themed flick.
Johnny looks wolfishly handsome in a somewhat prickly, furry grey suit, blue shirt and tie, and a fedora that can't contain two pointy wolf's ears.

Wolfish attire: Johnny Depp is featured in character as the big, bad and sexy Wolf in Entertainment Weekly's first look at Disney's forthcoming musical Into The Woods, set for US release on December 25
He's seen wearing what appears to be a long, thin black moustache and heavy brows out of which sprout whiskers.
Looking closer, one can see that his hands are really fur-covered paws with sharp claws.
Beside him stands his co-star Lilla Crawford, who plays Red Riding Hood, wearing her famous crimson mantle, blue dress and red boots.
Flair for the unusual: The 51-year-old actor, pictured on September 2 at a London event, is famous for trading one whimsical guise for another
Glamorous witch: Meryl Streep plays The Witch in the musical based on Stephen Sondheim's 1987 Broadway show who wreaks some havoc among her fairy-tale counterparts such as MacKenzie Mauzy's Rapunzel
Enchanted forest: James Corden and Emily Blunt play The Baker and his wife who delve 'into the woods' to rid themselves of The Witch's curse
The other three covers featuring Depp's co-stars in various modes of dress are just as beguiling.
Into The Woods is an adaptation of the 1987 Broadway musical by Stephen Sondheim, and also stars James Corden and Emily Blunt as a Baker and his wife who journey into an enchanted forest in order to banish a witch's curse.
They run into such characters as Cinderella (Anna Kendrick) and her Prince (Chris Pine), and Rapunzel (MacKenzie Mauzy).
Meryl Streep, who plays The Witch, dominates one cover in full get-up including bouffant blue hair and billowy blue gown while MacKenzie, as Rapunzel, is seen in a pink gown with long golden hair going on forever.
Charming couple: Anna Kendrick plays Cinderella and Chris Pine her Prince
What sharp claws you have: Johnny stalks his pretty prey from behind a tree trunk in the film that director Rob Marshall promises will have 'a sense of danger'
Innocent: An unsuspecting Red Riding Hood (Lilla Crawford) ventures into the forest
'I’ve been offered many witches over the years, starting when I was 40, and I said no to all of them,' Meryl told Entertainment Weekly.
This role, however, she could not resist, adding: 'But this was really fun because it played with the notion of what witches mean. They represented age and ugliness and scary powers we don’t understand. So here’s my opportunity to say, here's what you wish for when you're getting old.'
'I didn't want this to look like a cartoon world,' director Rob Marshall told the publication. 'It's not sunny, sunny, sunny - we wanted a sense of danger.'
As the accursed and childless couple, Emily Blunt and James Corden do look a trifle worried on their own cover featuring fairy-tale clothes and a dusky setting amongst the trees.
Anna Kendrick's Cinderella is resting on a gigantic tree root flashing her legs in blue stockings while 'Prince' Chris Pine stands tall nearby.
That wasn't very nice: The Witch (Meryl Streep) places a curse on the childless Baker and his wife (James Corden, Emily Blunt)
