'Me and Snoop have a longstanding personal and professional relationship,' 34-year-old T.I. said.

He explained that he called the Drop It Like It's Hot rapper and 'he immediately said he knew what I was talking about and assured me it’s nothing to even worry about, it’s over with.'

'I didn't ask, request or demand for any post to be put up or apology to be extended, he did all of that out of the kindness and the goodness of his own heart.'

T.I. revealed he decided to reach out to Snoop when it became a public topic of discussion, when it 'stopped being between two people and it was being observed by the world.'

The feud began when the 42-year-old veteran rapper Instagramed a picture of a blonde, long-haired male with script that read 'Iggy Azalea no makeup.'

Iggy took to Twitter to voice her displeasure at the comments, Tweeting: 'Why would you post such a mean pic on insta when you send your body guards to ask me for pictures every time we are at shows?'

She then added: 'I'm disappointed you'd be such an a** for no reason.'

The Australian rapper's basketball player beau Nick Young weighed in, tweeting 'Ain't nobody worried about no SnoopLion...this dude just going thru a midlife crisis you go get convertible yet.'

It came to an end last week when Snoop posted another video to Instagram, this time decreeing 'Alright boys and girls I just got off the phone with my homeboy TI, the King of Atlanta, and it's officially over.'

'No more bad talk. I apologise. Yeah I apologise I won't do it again.'

Iggy respectfully replied, tweeting 'I accept the apology Snoop Dogg.'
