Looking (Inter)stellar! Anne Hathaway turns heads in roped black dress as she attends tribute to her co-star Matthew McConaughey
She can always be trusted to put on a dazzling sartorial display.
And Anne Hathaway was on form once again as she attended the American Cinematheque tribute to her Instellar co-star, Matthew Matthew McConaughey on Tuesday night.
The actress looked stylish as ever as she made her way into the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills for the star-studded bash.

The 30-year-old looked stunning in a gothic style ensemble as she donned a black dress with sheer detailing, roped design and tassels on the hem.
She added height to the look with black heels while she accessorised with a black clutch, drop earrings and a two diamond rings.
The Les Miserables starlet showed off her growing locks in a chic bob while she drew attention to her lips with blood red lipstick.

Anne recently admitted to Harper’s Bazaar that she has often been slammed about her looks:
The Oscar-winner explained: 'A lot of people have told me, "You're not this and so can't play that," and I can't tell you the amount of times I've been told I'm not sexy.
'I just go, "I'm a lot of things. Just because I don't wear my sexiness overtly doesn't mean that I can't become that girl for a role. That's what I do; I become things. Use your imagination, buddy." '

The Princess Diaries star considers her role as an astronaut in Interstellar as a daring one for her. 'She's very serious, very prickly,' unlike her usual characters, the star said.
She ventured into space alongside McConaughey, who she called 'the most daring man I know.
'He never judged himself along the way, and it's all come together for him so wholly and deeply. He is totally himself.'
Instellar will arrive in US and UK cinemas on November 7.
