Bethenny Frankel 'gearing up for another court battle as ex Jason Hoppy tries to keep daughter Bryn off RHONYC'

Not everyone is pleased that Bethenny Frankel is returning to Real Housewives Of New York City.

Bethenny's ex-husband Jason Hoppy is apparently going to court to keep the cameras away from their four-year-old daughter Bryn.

The formal request is expected to be handed over soon to the same judge dealing with their acrimonious divorce, according to RadarOnline.com.

Bethenny, 43, who on Monday announced she was back on RHONYC, has already begun filming segments with her co-stars, which seems to have Hoppy, 44, all jittery over little Bryn's involvement.

'It’s just not healthy for Bryn to be on TV at a time when her parents are getting divorced,' a source told Radar. 'Bethenny signed up for the show, their daughter didn’t.

'He might be able to stop Bryn from appearing on the Bravo series, but keeping Bethenny from talking about him is another matter.'

Added the sourcce: 'Jason isn’t thrilled with it because he knows Bethenny is going to get in numerous jabs about the divorce,'

Bethenny starred on Real Housewives Of New York City for three seasons before ditching the show in 2010 to pursue other interests.

After the failure of her syndicated talk show Bethenny, the native New Yorker was happy to return to the show that made her famous.

'I’m genuinely excited, with a side of slightly nervous, for my return to the Real Housewives of New York City,' Bethenny said in a statement.

'Bravo has always been the place on television where I have the freedom to be unfiltered, honest and inappropriate, with an audience who has been with me from the beginning.'

She added: 'I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings for all of us.'

The mother-of-one isn't going down without a fight in regards to this next chapter on RHONYC.

'Jason had no problem with Bryn being on Bethenny’s Bravo spin-off show when they were happily married,' the source revealed to Radar.

'Bethenny wouldn’t have Bryn be with her during every single shoot for RHONYC, but she is adamant that the judge allow her to be on the show.'
