Jay-Z is a man of few tweets. In fact, on June 17, Jay declared that he had reached his "yearly allotment" after making some bold declarations regarding his "#newrules." However, with his new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, coming out tomorrow, Jay has decided to interact with the people today on Twitter.

He seems to be responding to general questions at this point, and is keeping his responses concise. One of the highlights was his response to being asked about his favorite cereal. It's Cap'N Crunch for those keeping score at home (although he hasn't eaten cereal "in a bit"). Check out some of the tweets below, and follow @S_C_ on Twitter to see his currently very active timeline.

UPDATE: As the afternoon continues to drag on, Jay-Z's fingers continue to hammer out 140-character responses on Twitter. Some important news items have come out as a result of this impromptu Q&A; session.

First of all, Jay has now said that "Open Letter," the first song he released in the spring, will come out as in vinyl form, presented by Jack White. Secondly, he has decided to offer insight into the closing line of "Somewhereinamerica," where he says "Somewhere in America/Miley Cyrus is still twerking." According to Jay, he approves of the twerking. Finally, "Oceans" appears to be the oldest song off "Magna Carta Holy Grail," finished nearly two years ago.
