The horsey high life! Sofia Abramovich puts showjumping skills on display at Spanish competition

She is never far from her beloved horses and a spot of healthy competition, and Friday was no exception for Sofia Abramovich.

The daughter of billionaire Chelsea FC owner Roman looked confident as she competed in the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva, Spain.

The 19-year-old was reportedly supported by her mother Irina Malandina - who split from the Russian businessman in 2007 - and her older sister Anna.

The teenager happily manoeuvred the course while dressed in a black blazer, matching riding boots and white jodhpurs.

Prior to her round, Sofia was spotted getting her long blonde tresses braided back and away from her face by her trainer, before donning her safety helmet.

She later shared a snap of her rosette on her Instagram page, commenting: 'Well done Simon, came 1st today with him and 14th with Rainbow #olivanova #showjumping #teamwiselands'(Sic).

Her outing comes less than two months after she took part in the London-based Longines Global Champions Tour.

Sofia, middle child of Roman's five offspring with second wife Irina, regularly keeps her 20,000 online followers up to date with her life.

Just two weeks ago she posted: 'Not a great October for me, one of my horses fractured a bone and the other had to have an operation #poorbabies'.

Roman, the 50th richest man in the world, divorced her mother seven years ago, which saw the former air hostess receive a record settlement said to be at least £1 billion.

However, the jaw-dropping divorce payout does not seem to have seen his finances suffer too much, as a Bloomberg report from April this year estimated Abramovich's net-worth to be £8.6billion.

Abramovich then went on to marry Dasha Zhukova, 33, and has since had two more children.

Sofia is believed to be residing with Irina on an £18million West Sussex estate with her four siblings Ilya, Arina, Arkadiy and Anna.
