Chantelle Houghton looks bright in an orange jacket with daughter Dolly... as she loses High Court battle against magazine

Chantelle Houghton made a bold statement in orange last week as she took daughter Dolly for a fun day out.

The reality star wore a bright jacket that stood out against her black top and trousers as she arrived at Rocky's fun house with her only child.

Their trip came just before Chantelle found out she had lost a court battle against Closer magazine.

Houghton wanted the weekly mag to reveal the name of a source who had supplied information for a story they had planned to publish.

'I would like Closer magazine to be ordered to reveal the name [of] their reliable source,' the reality star said in a witness statement submitted to the High Court.

Her barrister, Gina Allwood, said Chantelle was worried when the magazine contacted her publicist to inform them of their plans to run the story - details of which have not been revealed for legal reasons.

She told new! magazine that she was not in a mentally sound position to have the procedure done back in 2007.

'I was stick thin and it was obvious that I had an eating disorder,' Chantelle said last month.
