Mr. Bowkett currently serves on the board of directors or in advisory positions for several private and public entities.
Director, Aaron Wilson: Mr. Wilson has served in senior executive, directorial and advisory roles for multiple private and public oil and gas exploration, production and technology companies. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in the areas of oil sand extraction technology with particular application to U.S. and Canadian oil sand resources, research and development, land/resource acquisition, project development, and plant operations. Mr. Wilson earned his bachelor degree from the University of Kentucky with double majors in economics and political science.
Director, Joanne Yan: Ms. Yan has more than 15 years of experience in advising and managing public companies, and is currently the president and a director of Brazilian Gold Corp. (formerly Red Dragon Resources Corp.), a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company involved in gold exploration and development in Brazil. She is also a director of TSX companies Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a company that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of specialty fertilizers, and Hanwei Energy Services Corp., a company involved in the business of manufacturing fibreglass-reinforced pipes for oil and gas industry. Ms. Yan was a co-founder and managing director of Golden China Resources Corp., formerly APAC Minerals Inc.
