Boys' day out: Chef Curtis Stone takes son Hudson, two, and baby Emerson for a spin in new $150K Porsche before bowling into a car wash at dawn

He is the proud father of a gleaming new Porsche so what better way to get a feel for it than to take the boys out for an early morning drive along clear roads.

Celebrity chef Curtis Stone strapped in his sons Hudson, two, and Emerson, who is only one month old, for a gentle spin near their home in Los Angeles on Friday.

And the 38-year-old Australian, dressed typically in a checked shirt, jeans and trainers, took the precaution of removing the youngsters from the four-wheel drive after he bowled into the car wash at dawn.

His actress wife, Lindsay Prince, 37, was no where to be seen as the trio enjoyed a boys' bonding morning on the road.

Little Hudson wore a stripy top and three-quarter-length jeans as his father carried him out of the car, while baby Emerson was covered beneath a protective white blanket.

With his chocolate brown hair and dark eyes, cherubic Emerson is the image of his attractive mother.

The family were last week seen visiting a pumpkin patch ahead of Halloween where they amassed several of the squash plant and loaded them onto the pram as Lindsay navigated her brood around the farm.

She announced the arrival of her newborn by posting a snap of Hudson meeting his younger brother for the first time.

She accompanied the tender image with the caption: 'And then there were 4 of us. And my heart expanded bigger and deeper than ever before. We welcome Emerson Spencer Stone to the big bright world.'

Curtis recently told Daily Mail Australia that his Beverley Hills 91210 wife bowled him over the day they met on a blind date in 2009. 

Revealing the moment he couldn't keep a lid on his emotions, he said: 'We met on a blind date, none of us wanted to go. But when I saw her, I thought "wow". Who wouldn't change their mind?'
