Kelsey Grammer and his wife Kayte Walsh welcomed a second child in July.

And not even four months after giving birth, Kelsey's wife appeared slimmer as she stepped out beside her cheerful husband for a shopping trip in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The 59-year-old actor wrapped an arm around his much younger spouse as they trotted through the posh area with a smile on their faces.

Though they're more than likely facing late nights with new baby Gabriel in the home, the couple looked refreshed and relaxed for their outing.

Katye - who is 25 years younger than her husband - showed off her trim figure in a short-sleeved black shirt and jean shorts, which revealed her post-baby work-out efforts. 

The former flight attendant slicked her blonde hair back into a no-fuss bun, and appeared to have opted for no make-up.

Kayte's husband - whom she wed in 2011 - donned a casual light blue sweatshirt and black trousers.

The actor was glued to his phone while his wife carried a wrapped-up present and shopping bag.

Kelsey - who has four other children outside of his marriage to Kayte - met his current spouse when he was still married to Camille, one of the stars of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

The couple exchanged vows just two weeks after Kelsey's divorce with the reality star was finalised.

Meanwhile, Kelsey has been keeping especially busy with both his new baby and two films in the works.

Among his projects include a starring voice role on Bunyon And Babe, an animated film that will be released on March 1, 2016 in the U.S.
