She added: 'Act like being in the White House matters to you. Dress like you deserve respect, not a spot at a bar. And certainly don't make faces during televised public events.' Sasha, 13, was dressed in a short maroon dress with a long cream cardigan that matched her thick cream socks, worn over bare legs. Her sister Malia, 16, wore black tights under a mini kilt with a grey and cream jumper. Lauten's outburst, which also slammed Barack and Michelle Obama for failing to be good role models, sparked outrage on Twitter.

Construction worker dies after a concrete roof collapses on top of him at a former car dealership in Staten Island

A male construction worker was killed at the Dana Ford Lincoln car dealership in Travis Friday morning when the roof collapsed and he was buried by debris, an FDNY official told reporters at the scene.

Four workers were inside the dealership at 266 West Service Road at 8:16 a.m. when the 50-by-100 foot mezzanine level collapsed to the ground, FDNY Deputy Chief Pete Leicht said.

"There were four workers inside, three self-evacuated and one unfortunately was caught under the debris," Leicht said.

That worker, a 45-year-old male, was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton where he was pronounced dead at approximately 9:30 a.m., Leicht told reporters.

The worker's identity has not yet been released.

Emergency officials descended on the dealership when the collapse was reported. Scores of FDNY and NYPD vehicles lined the service road and parked outside the building, and news helicopters hovered overhead.

Facebook to the rescue! How Texas homeowner used social media to track down package stolen from his doorstep

A Texas homeowner has Facebook to thank for helping him recover a package that has been snatched right from his doorstop.

Jeff Turner, from suburban Houston, was checking his surveillance cameras from work Wednesday morning when he saw someone pilfering a FedEx package just 60 seconds after it was dropped off by the deliveryman.

The footage from the CCTV camera pointed at the front door captured a person in shorts walking up to the house with a sweatshirt covering his face, grabbing the thick manila envelope resting on the front porch and then fleeing on foot.

'It was bold,' Turner told ABC News. 'The more I thought about it, the kind of madder I got, and I thought, "You know what, I?m going to post this to a social media site.?'

Turner, who is married with a grown son, took matters into his own hands by posting screen grabs from the video on the Facebook page of his local neigbhorhood watch, asking his friends if someone recognized the thief.
