Gabriel Aubry spent some more bonding time with daughter Nahla on Friday, amid the ongoing custody battle with ex Halle Berry.

The Canadian model walked hand-in-hand with his six-year-old as they headed into a tropical fish store in Studio City, California.

It was their second outing in days and comes just weeks after the 39-year-old was accused of chemically lightening and straightening the little girl's hair by the Oscar winning actress.

Father-daughter time: Gabriel Aubry spent another afternoon with six-year-old daughter Nahla on Friday despite the ongoing custody battle with ex Halle berry

Gabriel was seen in dark jeans and a chambray shirt which was open to display some of his muscular physique.

He covered his jaw-length fair hair in a grey beanie and shaded his eyes with dark aviators.

Nahla meanwhile sported cropped leggings and a white jumper. Her curly brunette locks were worn loose.

On Wednesday Gabriel enjoyed some more quality time with his girl as the duo were seen having a bite to eat at popular family eatery, Joan's On Third in L.A.

The pair cuddled up together with Nahla sat on her father's knee as she playfully grabbed his cheek and he cheekily chomped down on her ponytail.

Last month Gabriel denied accusations about bleaching Nahla's hair saying it was caused by the sun and spending time in the swimming pool - and the judge ruled that neither parent could mess with Nahla's natural appearance.

Last week TMZ revealed a photo of a hairbrush Halle submitted to the court which she says contains strands that prove her ex deliberately altered their daughter's hair.

The website said the hair had been analysed by a lab and evidence had been found of chemical use.

It reported: 'The lab went on to say the repeated use of chemicals took their toll, writing there was "extensive damage ... likely the cumulative effect of repeated exposure to numerous gentle bleaching treatments."

The Monster's Ball star, who became the first African American woman to win an Academy Award, also accused Gabriel of making racial slurs against her, explosive legal papers obtained by Mailonline revealed.

A source close to Halle told this website that Gabriel - who was reprimanded by the judge - had called her the N word.

'Halle is a great mom, she wants to keep Nahla on an even keel,' said the insider.

Halle is now married to French actor Olivier Martinez with whom she has a one-year-old son Maceo.
