Joanna's knock-out appearance came as People revealed she had completed the egg freezing process which will hopefully allow her and husband Romain Zago to become parents in the future.
The magazine has been following the couple's invasive fertility treatment
'I'm happy that I decided to do this,' Polish-born Joanna told People right before her procedure to remove 15 eggs at The Fertility Institute in Encino, CA.
'I will feel more secure about the fact that, no matter what the future holds, I will have these eggs stored, healthy and ready whenever I'm ready to become a mother.'

And Joanna, who also starred in Dancing With The Stars, added that going through the 12 day treatment which involved daily hormone injections to stimulate her ovaries, made her focus on becoming a mother.
'I feel like now I want to be a mother even more than I wanted to before, because you kind of feel the way you would feel in a pregnancy, at least the beginning stages,' she said.
'I'm actually excited for motherhood, so maybe it will come a little sooner than I thought. But we'll see what the future holds.'
