Bai Ling was spotted baring her cleavage in an unbuttoned white military-style coat while getting a manicure at Beverly Hills Nails And Spa in the posh neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Sunday.

And the 48-year-old appeared to have forgotten to wear a blouse or a bra as she stepped out topless for some pampering.

It's the third time this holiday season The Key star has chosen an extremely revealing ensemble.

For her latest sexy look, the China-born star teamed her jacket, which featured pink fur around the cuffs, with black shorts and black thigh-high boots with fur trim.

She wore her hair in a high top knot with thick blunt bangs cut just above her eyes, which she accentuated with black liner and lashings of mascara.

Bai perused the salon's shelves for a bright red nail polish, giving everyone in the salon a generous glimpse of the sides of her perky breasts.

Just last week she suffered a similar wardrobe malfunction when she strutted through Beverly Hills exposing lots of cleavage in an unbuttoned black jacket with nothing on underneath it, colourful leggings and knee-high red boots.

And she celebrated the start of the season by flaunting her figure in an even more revealing Christmas-inspired ensemble for her Red Hot Hollywood shoot on November 28.

Chilling: The actress leaned against a classic car

The Crow star wrapped a thick red ribbon around her perky boobs adding two red bows to protect her modesty with a tinsel garland around her hips and an another carefully placed bow.

She posed in front of various Hollywood landmarks including the Hollywood sign, the Capitol Records building, the TCL Chinese Theatre and the Dolby Theatre, which hosts the Academy Awards.

Meanwhile, Bai has numerous projects in the pipeline, with six films in post-production and three in pre-production.

She can presently be seen in erotic thriller The Key alongside David Arquette as a married couple who document their sex lives in their diaries.
