Back home it may be freezing, but the holiday season has begun to heat up for Eva Longoria.

The 39-year-old actress shared yet another bikini snapshot from her holiday in Cartagena, Colombia, where she giddily leapt into a pool with her hands flung high up into the air.

Eva kicked back her leg as she prepared to plunge into the deep blue waters in a photo captioned on Wednesday, 'It's too hot in Cartegena....must jump in pool! #NewYears'.

The starlet has jetted over to Latin America for the season, and made sure to bring her boyfriend of one year, Televisa president Antonio Baston, along for the adventure.

Eva sure seems to be living it up in the exotic locales.

In a photo shared on Wednesday, Eva playfully mimicked a reclining bronze statute that was located inside the historic city.

The star curled up beside the curvaceous sculpture while sporting a sexy black vest and matching trousers.

With a gleeful smile and her hands placed upon either side of her head, the looker captioned the snap: 'Fun night with Botero in #Cartegena!! #NewYears'. 

Soon enough, the actress-turned-producer will be back at work, with 2015 shaping up to be yet another busy year.

The star who shot to stardom with a spot on Desperate Houswives is currently filming the upcoming drama, Refugio. 

Due out for release in 2015, the film will follow the adventures of Refugio, who searches and ultimately meets his true love in New Orleans. 

Additionally, the third season of her hit Lifetime show Devious Maids will return after the New Year. 

Eva has served as an executive producer of the program since its inception in 2013, and has expressed pride as the show continues to soar.

In 2014 she told Latina magazine, 'The fact that we are on the air with this amazing show means we’ve won about 20 victories already. 

'From the writing to the casting to the producing to the fighting for marketing dollars - there are so many challenges we overcame to get to this point.'
