Our goal is to provide a fun low-pressure environment/activity where individuals can connect one-on-one. Sometimes it's intimidating to go to a group activity all by yourself. Or sometimes you get lost in a big group event – you talk to everyone but get to know no one. Wouldn't it be nice to have a date at a fun event?

Yes, this is a different Meetup group – it combines great activities with (optionally) bringing a date for that activity.  We simply want you to have a great time (i.e. enjoy fun dates not "interview dates" or high pressure dates).  And feel free to suggest great "first date" activities and even post links to other great meetup events. We're not here to compete with other meetups, only to support and enrich the Singles Community!

There is no age requirement for our group, except that you're over 18 of course.  Our members range from 20 to 70 y.o.  We're all about making friends first and enjoying the company of others and doing wonderful activities throughout the SF Bay Area.  Cool couples are welcome to attend our great events as well.
