But Lucy Mecklenburgh proved that she has the brains and body to entice fans to join her continued journey in fitness as she stunned at her latest book launch on Tuesday.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star put her toned physique on full display as she donned a figure-hugging crop top and skirt for the event at Penguin Books Strand in London.

Lucy was continuing to the celebrate the launch of new her new health and fitness handbook, Be Body Beautiful: My Guide To A Happy, Healthy New You.

And she looked sensational in the plunging pewter crop top which featured a snakeskin print.

Her sculpted abs were the centre of attention as she teamed the matching middle split skirt with cream stiletto heels.

The 23-year-old’s tanned skin was left without any accessories while she styled her brunette bob in perfect waves and went for kohl-lined eyes and a pretty pink lip.

Lucy then went on to prove that she truly is a fitness fan as she then went on to give an exercise demonstration.

The starlet looked just as good in her fitness gear as she wore a pink sports bra underneath a black top teamed with leggings and grey trainers.

Lucy was the first TOWIE star to branch out into fitness, with her website Results With Lucy going live in June 2013.

Meanwhile, Lucy will no doubt find it twice as easy to stay fit since shacking up with Olympic gymnast Louis Smith.

The pair, who met on reality show Tumble last year, have recently gone public with their romance by sharing snapshots of themselves cosying up to each other on Instagram.
