Serious about exercise: Stacy Keibler displays a lean figure during power walk in LA just five months after welcoming her daughter

She gave birth only five months ago and previously gushed about being in the best shape of her life.

And it's clear Stacy Keibler's post-baby physique is only improving, as the 35-year-old former pro-wrestler showed off her slimmest pins yet on Tuesday.

The mother-of-one accentuated her lean legs in fitted black yoga trousers as she squeezed in a rigorous walk around Los Angeles.

The wife of businessman Jared Pobre, 39, paired her athletic bottoms with a red blouse, grey zip-up hoodie, and neon yellow Nike trainers.

She appeared to be make-up free but covered up with oversized black sunglasses and a black Nike cap, as her brunette locks were pulled back away from her face.

The model has attributed her improved figure to a strategic eating and exercise plan.

'I feel strong, flexible, and very high energy. In fact, my abs are in better shape now than before I got pregnant,' Stacy previously wrote on her blog.

Just do it in a Nike cap like Stacy Keibler

We desperately want Stacy's enviable post-baby body but what might be more attainable is the beauty's simple black baseball cap.

It's a Nike featherweight adjustable hat that's designed especially for sweat-zapping and air flow.

She paired the hat with neon green sneakers, black yoga pants, a grey hoodie with cozy thumb holes and classic black Ray-Ban wayfarers.

Although we're not celebrities, we don't exactly love being spotted (by anyone) on the way home from the gym either. Stealing Stacy's style is the perfect way to cover up!

Yet if the Nike swoosh isn't your thing, we've also selected a plain black version from ASOS, a funky TGIF number from Charlotte Russe and a grey brimmed option from Target. Our fave is the 'Lone Star' cap from Nordstrom as it's just the right combination of detailing and simplicity.

The beauty waited a few weeks after the delivery of her daughter Ava - born on August 20 - before diving back into her exercise routine, which she says is important to do three to five times a week.

The workout includes ballet moves to tone calves, thighs, glutes, hips, hamstrings and quads; side-ups for obliques and lats; teasers to tone lower stomach; trapeze pull-ups to strengthen arms, triceps, back, glutes and hamstrings; and ballet arms for further toning of triceps.

'Pregnant or not, fitness doesn’t have to be daunting,' Stacy encouraged, adding: 'Simply incorporating a walk into your day, whether short or long, can help your body feel a connection to your mind, which is a powerful thing.'

But the ex-girlfriend of George Clooney says the 'most crucial piece of the puzzle' is adhering to 'a balanced and nutritious eating plan.'

This includes eating organic as often as possible and drinking half her body weight in ounces of water per day.

Stacy fuels herself with high-quality sources of organic meats and eggs, wild fish, organic fruits and veggies, essential fats, and organic gluten-free grains.

She avoids coffee, sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, spicy foods, processed foods, garlic, onions, and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, and brussel sprouts.
