If you every wonder where the culinary geniuses come from on MasterChef Junior, look no further.

Kim Zolciak could not help but proudly show the world her look professional cook in training, Kroy 'KJ' Bierman Jr. on Monday.

The 36-year-old former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star posted a picture on Instagram of her three-year-old son helping her out with dinner.

However, he was not just grabbing some food and passing it to his mom to cook, instead KJ was filleting his own salmon.

While many moms may still have their toddlers using kiddie plastic wear to eat, Kim supervised as the three-year-old expertly sliced away.

Clearly helping out in the kitchen is not just something the little boy does on occasion, as KJ was dressed in a full, albeit miniature, chef's uniform complete with rubber gloves.

For a recent appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, Kim Zolciak stepped out in this surprisingly chic, body conscious number from Cushnie et Ochs. The figure-flattering frock showed off Kim's post-baby body to advantage, serving up a decidedly sexy night time look with strategic cut outs across the chest, waist, and arms.

The trick to keeping this little black dress classy is the way the look's curve-hugging fit and scandalous slashes of skin are balanced out by maximum coverage everywhere else. The panels of fabric leave just enough to the imagination, while the demure hemline provides a nice contrast to the more revealing top. Zolciak accentuated the uniqueness of this dress by keeping the rest of her look simple and paired down. Kim said her oldest son wants to join the ranks of the mind blowing children on MasterChef Junior.

Despite not even being in school yet, Kim's son is so keen on cooking that he has been taking lessons with Top Chef star Tracey Bloom.

The reality star captioned her picture: 'My little Chef Kj!!! He is obsessed with cooking! @cheftraceybloom has taught him soooo much Kj LOVES the show Master Chef Junior (he said he will be on that show someday) I BELIEVE #KjIsPerfection.'

The 14-month-old - who has a twin brother Kane - was having a ball in the bath in the picture.

In total Kim and her younger husband Kroy, 29, have six children with the football star adopting his wife's teenage daughters Ariana and Brielle, and the couple having four children - KJ, Kash and the twins - since they married in 2011.
