'It's a train wreck!' Jennifer Aniston reveals watching The Bachelor is her guilty pleasure
The Bachelor is a reality series many fans still crave after nearly 13 years on air.
And Jennifer Aniston counts herself as one of the long-running ABC show's loyal viewers.
The Cake actress revealed on the red carpet at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday that the program, now in its 19th season, is too sweet to resist.
Speaking to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson about her favorite TV guilty pleasure, the 45-year-old said: 'It's The Bachelor. I'm not gonna lie.'

Junk food: The 45-year-old Friends star called it a 'train wreck' and 'junk food'
She added: 'Did you see last week's [episode]? Jimmy Kimmel was so funny.'
The Jimmy Kimmel Live! comedian appeared as a guest host on the January 19 episode of the romance-search series, currently featuring Chris Soules - a farmer and former suitor on spin-off The Bachelorette - and a haul of beauties vying for his affection and, ultimately, an engagement ring on the season finale.
And the tears, tantrums, cat fights, romps and short-lived romances the show is known for has the Horrible Bosses stars glued to the TV screen.
'It's a train wreck!' she said.

Cattle call: The series follows the eligible bachelor as he eliminates a haul of beauties from a mansion every week until one lucky winner remains
The Bachelor's romantic interests (typically 25) are tightly packed in a mansion where tensions run high as they compete in challenges to win dates and a rose from the lone eligible man.
When the interviewer asked if she felt bad for the women, she responded:
'Have you seen them? You can't feel bad for them. They've done that to themselves just to entertain us.'
She added: It's junk food. It's great junk food.'
He's into her: Jennifer Aniston and actor Justin Theroux, her fiance of three years, walked the red carpet at the SAG Awards; she has said they watch the series together and are 'addicted'
Take the plunge in a daring maxi dress like Jen
We do know that Jennifer Aniston is a fan of her little black dresses, but she steered well away from safe at the Screen Actors Guild Awards when she turned up in a plunging maxi dress in a gold-green shade.
The dress that really bared all looked stunning on the Cake star and despite her not picking up an accolade once again this awards season, Jen was a winner in our eyes.
She teamed the V-neck number with the Amrit long-link necklace that she actually wore to the Critics' Choice Awards just last week.
The dress really skimmed her trim physique and her golden tumbling locks fitted in nicely so it got the thumbs up from us.
Being a vintage Galliano piece, you can't buy it of course, but we've found some alternative plunging pieces below, ready for you to bare all at your next big event.
Previously the He's Just Not That Into You actress explained her interest in The Bachelor to Allure, telling the magazine:
'I was mesmerized by how these girls, they meet this guy, they have three dates together or something, and they're weeping as though they've just lost the love of their life. I don't understand that.'
Jennifer, whose fiance of three years is actor Justin Theroux, has said that she first watched the program 'just for fun' with her sweetheart, and they both became instantly 'addicted.'
The Emmy Award winner was married to Brad Pitt for five years until they divorced in 2005. She dated Argo actor Tate Donovan for three years and became engaged until they split in 1998.
The former Friends star attended the SAG Awards as a nominee in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role category for her turn in Cake as a woman suffering from chronic pain and emotional trauma against Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything), Julianne Moore (Still Alice), Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) and Reese Witherspoon (Wild).
Julianne Moore claimed the statue for her role in Still Alice as a Columbia University linguistics professor who suffers from early onset Alzheimer's disease.
