Camila Alves Stands Up to Cancer in a sexy but demur white checkered backless maxi dress
With a subtle checkered pattern and thin silver belt, this backless dress is elegant, classic and perfect for a charitable benefit. Minimalism at it's best, this highlights the beautiful curves of Camila Alves without over exposure. It's not fussy but certainly not frumpy!
When you go backless you need to keep everything else simple and clean. A sleek chignon and nude heels will really make the dress ethereal.
Finding a dress that balances both sex appeal and propriety is hard but we've tried to list some dresses similar to the one Camila found for this event.
The 33-year-old, who had celebrated her birthday the previous day, also wore a pair of taupe ankle boots with cut-out sections.
Camila wore her brunette hair slicked back in a ballerina style bun, and completed her look with smoky eye make-up and bright pink lipstick.
Meanwhile Matthew, who was showing off a bushy beard, looked very dapper for the occasion as he posed with his wife of two and a half years.

The Oscar winner said that his late pal’s fight inspired him when he played AIDS sufferer Ron Woodroof in Dallas Buyers Club.
‘He was going through a battle with cancer and, as the cancer started eating his body away, I saw his fight coming out more ferociously, not receding,’ he told The Independent last year.
