The car's not bad either! Simon Baker attends photo call for finale of The Mentalist in France dressed in stylish suit while posing with his wheels from TV show

He has already filmed the last episode of his hit TV show The Mentalist. 

And on Friday, Simon Baker celebrated the drama program as he attended a photo call at the TF1 TV studios in Paris, France. 

The 45-year-old actor arrived with his wife Rebecca Rigg and looked very dapper in a clean black suit for the special event.

Simon matched the outfit with a skinny blue tie and brown loafers while wearing his trademark black framed glasses.  

The Ballina raised star's shaggy blonde hair was pushed back as he sported light stubble for the function in which fans turned out in numbers for. 

His signature smile and good looks were on full display as the Australian hunk won the crowd over with his charisma and charm.

Fans of the American TV show were in for a treat as Simon also posed with the car his character, Patrick Jane, drives in the show. 

He leaned against the blue 1972 Citroen DS 20 and even jumped into the front seat of the car, much to the amusement of onlookers.

Also in attendance on the night was the show's creator and writer, Englishman Bruno Heller.

After mingling with his fans and giving a speech to those present, Simon received a picture frame of himself in the title role from the TF1 studios, who screen the successful drama in France. 

The current and final season is being aired on television, with the very last episode due to screen on February 18. 

Simon has recently spoken about his desire to produce and possibly direct his own a TV show and or mini series for his next project.

In the meantime, he has said that he is enjoying the down time away from the acting world with his family and wife after they spent the Christmas holidays together living in Sydney.
