First APP code

The Privacy Commissioner has registered the first APP Code under new privacy laws. The Association of Market & Social Research Organisations’ (AMSRO) Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2014 is an industry-led Code that sets out how the Australian Privacy Principles are to be applied and complied with by AMSRO members in market and social research.
