She's a striking Victoria's Secret model and a bona fide catwalk queen.

But Doutzen Kroes has now offered a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into her family life in an intimate new shoot for the March 2015 collectors' issue of Vogue Netherlands magazine.

Giving her legion of fans a look at her role as a devoted wife and mother, the 30-year-old supermodel shared a beautiful moment as she reclined in bed while breast-feeding her seven-month-old baby daughter, Myllena.

Looking the picture of contented bliss as she enjoyed a maternal moment, the Dutch beauty gazed fondly at her DJ husband Sunnery James, who sat shirtless beside her as he cuddled up to the couple's son Phyllon, four, at their home in New York City.

The Victoria's Secret Angel displayed her naturally striking looks as she went make-up free, with her long honey blonde locks falling in loosely-tousled waves around her shoulders while photographer Paul Bellaart snapped away.

Vogue Netherlands dedicated the March issue of the fashion bible to Doutzen in honour of her 30th birthday, which she celebrated on January 23.

Head for heights: One image from the shoot showed the 30-year-old model standing on a New York rooftop as she nestled her baby daughter to her chest, with adorable son Phyllon wrapped in a blanket beside her

Power couple: The Dutch beauty rocked a low-cut black LBD as she wrapped her arms around her DJ husband of four years, Sunnery James, while tenderly cupping his face with one hand

As part of the stunning shoot, the Vogue team flew with the model to New York, Los Angeles and Amsterdam for three spectacular spreads.

Editor-in-chief Karin Swerink explained the breast-feeding shot was taken on a 'beautiful November day in New York', the same month that Doutzen and Sunnery celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary.

Another, particularly striking image showed the statuesque beauty standing on a rooftop with the Empire State Building in the background as she nestled her baby daughter to her chest, with adorable little Phyllon wrapped in a blanket beside her.

And well and truly cementing her supermodel credentials, two more snaps saw the mother-of-two displaying her jaw-dropping figure in rather revealing ensembles.

The collector's issue of Vogue Netherlands will be in stores Tuesday February 10.
