She's currently on a New Year health kick and the results are paying dividends for Kelly Brook.

So it's not surprising the 35-year-old actress didn't seem to mind when a gust of wind blew her dress up around her waist in Los Angeles over the weekend, as it merely showed off her slim legs.

Indeed Kelly just laughed off the near wardrobe malfunction as she made her way to a business meeting in Santa Monica.

The model-turned-actress' ability to laugh at herself seems to be a winning formula for her in her continued bid to break Hollywood.

Kelly has been cast in Ellen DeGeneres' new comedy One Big Happy and her sense of humour is believed to be one of the producers' favourite things about her.

A source told The Sun newspaper: 'They love Kelly's ability to laugh at herself. Each episode has at least three boob references which she loves.'

Fans of the star have been kept up-to-date on her weight loss progress as she makes a real go of shedding the pounds.

She was recently revealed as the new face of the Atkins diet plan, and has since lost a rather sizeable amount of weight, and has been showing off her increasingly slender frame across her Instagram and Twitter pages.

Ahead of a recent appearance at a pre-SAG Awards bash, the British stunner revealed that - thanks to her low-carb diet and rigorous training - she has already lost three inches from around her waistline.

And it's suspected she has lost even more weight in the time since then, as she is keeping up with her plan and working incredibly hard to tone up and trim down.

Kelly is currently living in Los Angeles as she attempts to revitalise her career as an actress in America.

She stars in upcoming new sitcom One Big Happy, co-starring the likes of Elisha Cuthbert and Nick Zano.

The programme hits screens in March and sees Kelly take on the role of a fun-loving British woman living in America, who falls in love with a man... who has also impregnated his lesbian friend.

The new series airs on NBC on March 17.
