She is a successful actress, the founder of a $1b business and mother-of-two.

And despite having her schedule chock full, Jessica Alba still manages to find time to exercise and maintain her fitness.

On Monday morning the 33-year-old Sin City star shared a snap to Instagram posing with pals following a Sunday evening yoga class.

In the photo Jessica is seen smiling - despite enduring the grueling athletic session - as she poses in a blue sports bra and a pair of black skin-tight leggings.

With her hair tied back and wearing seemingly little makeup, the Fantastic Four actress expresses her natural beauty as she glows following the sweaty workout.

The picture is captioned, 'We got it in #powersculptyoga @itserinfoster @sweetbabyjamie & @omarrlopez led us through the flow #sundayfunday'.

Jessica recently returned from Thailand where she had been filming upcoming action-thriller Mechanic: Resurrection opposite Jason Statham.

While in South East Asia the co-founder of non-toxic product brand The Honest Company proudly shared another photo of her fit figure.

During production the wife of film producer Cash Warren maintained her fantastic shape with an intense fitness regime - 'a combination of yoga, dance, kickboxing, pliometrics and more' - and the help of Hollywood trainer Omar Lopez.

Since completing her latest movie Jessica's focus is back on her booming business, a safe and eco-friendly line of health and home products.

According to Inc. magazine, The Honest Company made more than $150m in revenue in 2014 and is reported to be worth $1b.

And now the star is now launching a cosmetics range after attracting a following of consumers who are fans of brand.

'From day one when we opened our doors, we had so many people say "when are you going to do makeup?"' she shared. 'I’ve been developing and working on it for a couple of years now, and we’re going to be able to deliver on our promise to our customers.' 

Jessica continues to balance her career on the big screen along with lifestyle projects, her health and fitness, and motherhood.

She will appear in three films this year - drama Dear Eleanor, action comedy Barely Lethal and horror film The Veil. 

Mechanic: Resurrection is due out in cinemas on January 22, 2016.
