She moved to New York to study art after quitting her London life as a model.

But it looks as though Annie Lennox's daughter Tali is loving being a student - especially as she still gets invites to swanky parties.

Tali, 22, was one of many guests celebrating the opening of sunglasses boutique DITA in New York last week.

The former model was joined by Harley Viera-Newton and Kesewa Aboah at the store, which is situated at 273 Lafayette Street in Soho.

The artisanal sunglasses store was founded by John Juniper and Jeff Solorio who were also in attendance.

Meanwhile, it looks as though Tali - who has scored campaigns for Burberry and Prada - is still looking as runway ready as ever.

Forget the LBD, try a gray one like Tali Lennox

Modelicious Tali Lennox is the daughter of singer Annie. When you look at Tali's eyes, you can see that she has the same gorgeous and arresting orbs as her mother.

Tali's made the leap from europe to the US to study art.

The leggy daughter of the legendary lead singer of the Eurythmics was a model. And like many models, she intuitively knows what trends will be on the horizon shortly.

Take this gray beaded gown. The sheer overlay is dotted with tiny beads. It's at once ethereal and rock n' roll.

Even though it's along dress and she's out with friends at a casual place in Manhattan, she doesn't look out of place.

Tali sparked up her dress with a bright green bag and jewelry.

Gray can be just as visually appealing and chic as an LBD, it's just finding the right hue for your skin tone.

The biggest problem with wearing an LBD is that there are so many other people wearing an LBD, that it's hard to stand out.

Switch the LBD to an LGD and you've got a subtle way to stand out and be fashion forward at the same time.

The aspiring artist looked chic in a floor-length grey dress with sheer detail.

It was recently revealed that Annie's daughter had quit the catwalk to pick up a new career as an artist.

Tali moved to New York last year from her home in London, and is currently studying at New School in New York, studying hard to become a professional portrait painter.
