There she goes! Dame Helen Mirren, 69, lost her balance and fell up the steps as she attended the Woman In Gold movie premiere in Berlin on Monday evening

Looking bold and beautiful, the actress had initally turned heads as she looked sartorially stunning in a green lace gown which had a fishtail silhouette.

She drew attention to her decolletage with a diamond necklace worn with complementary drop earrings as she cosied up to her handsome co-star, Ryan Reynolds, 38.

Contrasting her make-up palette to her outfit, The Queen actress added a slick of scarlet lipstick, making sure her features popped.
