But picking a companion from the world of film to accompany her as she hit the post Grammys party scene, Taylor Swift was joined by her BFF Jaime King.

Arm in arm, Swift, 25, and King, 35, put on a colour coordinated display as they attended the Warner Music Group afterparty at Chateau Marmon on Sunday evening.

Leaving the party via the back door, Taylor and Jaime were seen chatting away as they headed over to their waiting car.

Leading the way as Swift followed closely behind, King wore an A-line bandeau dress which featured a structured chiffon hem.

Clutching onto a sliver purse and a bottle of water, the mother-of-one wore her hair down in loose curls as she lined her pout with red lipstick and stood tall in laser cut patent heels.

Taylor's dress also featured cut out around the shoulder area and loosely pleated skater skirt.

Holding her smartphone in hand, Swift completed her look with a pair of gold Louboutin heels.

The Shake It Off chart topper wore an ombré aqua dress that had an opening in the front that revealed her very trim legs and a pair of daring fuchsia strappy heels.

With her blonde locks worn to the side, Swift matched her eyeshadow to her amazing frock.
