Kanye's golden girl! West can't keep his hands off trophy wife Kim Kardashian's curves as he grabs her world-famous derriere at the Grammys

She's adoring husband Kanye West's trophy wife.

And Kim Kardashian certainly looked the part in an unmissable Jean Paul Gaultier gown as she breezed her way into the Grammys on Sunday night.

Glittering from head to toe in the heavily embellished metallic robe-like gown, Kim went visibly braless.

And Kanye couldn't keep his hands off his golden girl, grabbing hold of her curves as they embraced on the red carpet.

Kim was certainly amused by the attention, kissing Kanye back before breaking off with a laugh.

With her new short haircut tousled and wavy, the mother-of-one wore her lips nude, focusing on heavy make-up around her dark eyes.

However she certainly didn't go bare-skinned, as it seemed as if her whole body was made up, with her skin shimmering with a dusky glitter.

Strike gold in a Jean Paul Gaultier gown

If there's one thing Kim Kardashian loves, it's a cleavage baring outfit. For the Grammys she donned a metallic Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture number straight from his catwalk show in Paris. With it's plunging neckline and mile-high slit, this look left little to the imagination.

We're crazy for the belted waist and embellished shoulders, sleeves, and pockets. With her strappy sandals and sexy tousled hair, the reality star looks like a golden goddess.

Metallics are a go-to item when it comes to red carpet dressing. Katy Perry and Rita Ora both dressed in shiny renditions for the award ceremony. You just can't go wrong!

We've put together a selection of resplendent items below from Halston Heritage, Mac, and DVF to recreate Kim's look in a major way.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star smiled happily for the cameras as she posed on Kanye's arm.

The 34-year-old said of her gown: 'There was a couple in the running and I love how sparkly it was, it is. And you know, I love it.'

She later admitted: 'Kanye styled me tonight. He said "Babe do yon like this dress" and then it was sitting in my closet. He said "babe I've got your dress for the Grammys". I'm the luckiest girl alive.'

And Kim told the cameras her husband styled her 'all the time'.

Surrounded by the music industry's biggest stars, many of whom she knows through her chart-topping husband, Kim certainly looked at home.

E!'s red carpet host Ryan Seacrest asked Kim about a snap of her and Kanye joining Chrissy Teigan and John Legend at a Waffle House for dinner last week.

'We were out at this Direct TV party that Kanye surprised everyone by performing at and we were all so hungry,' said Kim.

'And we were driving around and we saw a Waffle House and we were like "we have to do a photoshoot at the Waffle House."'

Kanye was equally chatty.

He said of his varied interests, while include fashion design: 'I just get bored with things really easily and try to find things that excite me.

'Most definitely. It's also just called thinking.'

The 37-year-old gave the first performance of his collaboration, FourFiveSeconds, with Rihanna and Paul McCartney.

Kanye said of Rihanna: 'She couldn't get past this record, she said she had to have it on her album. We got the record with Rihanna and now we're at the Grammys.'

He also performed his track Only One, a tribute to wife Kim, daughter North, and his late mother Donda.

Between performances he sat back in the audience with Kim, in front of their pals Teigan and Legend.

The two appeared very hands on, snuggling up, with Kim making sure to wipe her lipstick off Kanye before a photo.

With 21 Grammys at home, Kanye is certainly a regular winner at the show.

However this was his first appearance at the awards in six years, since his controversial appearance at 2009's MTV Video Music Awards.

At that show Kanye outraged much of the music industry when he grabbed the microphone from Taylor Swift after she won Best Female Video for her track You Belong With Me. He proclaimed fellow nominee Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) was the rightly winner.

His actions led to a noticeable lack of future nominations.

Kanye made a joke of the incident on Sunday's show, jumping onstage as Beck beat Beyoncé to the Record Of The Year award.

As Beck took to the stage, Kanye was seen running up and grabbing the mic, before quickly letting Beck give his acceptance speech.
