His Cadillac Escalade smashed into the rear of a white Lexus, which witnesses say was forced into oncoming traffic. Police confirmed that one woman died at the scene, while five minors, including a baby, and two adults (center) were injured. The mangled wreckage of the car could be seen on the busy highway. Jenner himself was unharmed, and was pictured performing a sobriety test (right) for officers, which he passed. He has been subject to intense media scrutiny recently after reports began to mount that he is planning to have gender reassignment surgery to become a woman. Friends and family have apparently confirmed the news to gossip magazines and websites, though Jenner himself is yet to comment on the rumours. The Olympic gold medallist is now most famous for being part of the Kardashian clan's reality TV empire.

Ms Howe - a widow - lives in the same Calabasas hideaway as Kourtney, Robert and Khloe Kardashian, which is guarded by security at the road entrance. Her home is valued at $4,800,000, and it is thought she owns a number of other properties including one in Malibu that faces onto the Pacific Ocean. Jenner, 65, who is reportedly undergoing gender reassignment, is thought to have been uninjured in the crash which occurred on Saturday afternoon. Seven other people, including five children, were also injured in the collision. Investigators are now trying to determine the cause and circumstances surrounding the crash and plan to look at the mobile phone records of all four drivers and check for any video evidence.

Bloke, dunny, esky and bogan are among the words familiar to Australians that appear to be a mystery to the Americans approached by Kieran Murray, from Brisbane in Queensland.
