Sydney siege survivor Marcia Mikhael has told of the last time she saw gunman Man Haron Monis - when she was carried over his dead body by police who rescued her from the Lindt cafe. In Channel Seven's TV special she revealed how she shouted out to officers to let them know where she was on the floor, next to Katrina Dawson who wasn't moving. Ms Mikhael said she asked officers to take Ms Dawson first, but they took her first, across the length of the cafe and over Monis' slain body. 'They actually carried me across the entire cafe, through the front door of the cafe. And for them to do that, they had to step over Monis. As they're going over him, I look down,' she said. '... and I see him. It wasn't a pretty sight. Half his brain was, like, hanging out. It was terrible.'

A teenager claims he was forced to leave his Texas high school after finding out he was gay. They gave him an ultimatum; either go back in the closet or find a new school. Austin Wallis, 17, runs a popular YouTube channel that focuses on his LGBT lifestyle. Two sisters have been arrested in Cambodia for taking naked photos of each other inside the country's holy Angkor temple. Lindsey Adams, 22, (brunette) and her 20-year-old sister Leslie (blonde), from Prescott, Arizona, were discovered taking 'nude pictures' inside the Preah Khan temple at the world heritage site on Friday. At only 30 days old, a bald baby echinda slipped out of its mother's pouch and was left alone to fend for itself. Thankfully, the puggle was found on a walking track at Anna Bay in Australia and was soon rescued to be cared for at Sydney's Taronga Zoo. Video footage sees the puggle being nursed and tended to by a friendly vet, who uses a pipette to spill milk droplets onto her palm for it to lap up.

Other villagers tracked down and killed the big cat before officials burned the body, in line with Indian forest policy.
