She's taken home the Best Actress prize a whopping 18 times so far this awards season.

And Julianne Moore had every reason to smile as she headed back to America after picking up the top prize for her performance in Still Alice yet again at the BAFTAs on Sunday night.

The actress was grinning from ear-to-ear as she arrived at Heathrow airport in London on Monday morning in a low-key, travel-friendly look.

The redhead added a pair of funky ankle boots and giant shades as she pulled up at the airport in a friend's car.

The down-to-earth beauty beat Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), Amy Adams (Big Eyes), Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything) and Reese Witherspoon (Wild) to the crown in her EE British Film Academy Film Awards category.

Emotional drama Still Alice, directed by Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland, sees her play a doctor struggling with the onset of dementia.

The visibly emotional star took the opportunity to thank the strong Scottish women in her family during her BAFTAs acceptance speech.
