Pregnant Molly Sims celebrated the imminent birth of her second child on Saturday afternoon with a baby shower attended by a gathering of her closest friends.

The 41-year-old model and actress, who is expecting a baby girl with producer husband Scott Stuber, celebrated at friend Shannon Rotenberg’s home in Bel Air – where she was joined by pals Rachel Zoe and Ali Larter.

Sporting a blue and white patterned minidress, Rachel showed off her increasingly prominent bump after arriving at the event shortly after 12:30pm.

The blonde completed her look with a pair of peep-toe heels, while a simple selection of accessories was dominated by the tan leather handbag she held in her right hand.

Arriving shortly afterwards, fashion stylish Rachel came laden with gifts for the unborn child – but it was her sweeping black dress that caught the eye.

The 43-year-old teamed the flowing garment with an edgy embellished biker jacket, while strappy heels completed a rather neutral look.

Ali, 38, appeared to mirror the look in her own studded leather jacket, beneath which she sported a plunging black top that exposed a generous helping of cleavage.

The actress was in great shape little more than three weeks after giving birth to her second child, daughter Vivienne Margaret, on January 15.

Other guests attending the event on Saturday included Vanessa Minillo-Lachey, and the sultry TV personality caught the eye in her own right courtesy of a rather striking monochrome print dress.

Like Ali, the 34-year-old wife of singer Nick Lachey recently welcomed a second child into the world – daughter Brooklyn – on January 5.

Guests on the day sipped mimosas outside the sprawling property until rain forced them inside before the party wound down at 4pm.

Gifts included stylish baby clothes from brands including Bonpoint, Fred Segal and Barneys.
