Lunch for one! Britney Spears smiles after picking up a sandwich and soda at take-out chain Togo's near her home in LA

There are days when only a sandwich will do - even if you're a multi-millionaire recording artist.

On Monday, Britney Spears was spotted popping into Togo's in Westlake Village, California, for a quick bite ... to go, of course.

The 33-year-old also picked up a beverage from the chain, famous for piling its sandwiches high with sliced meats and cheese.

The mother-of-two managed to fit lunch on the run into her busy schedule.

Britney wore a cute sleeveless blouse decorated with broderie anglais that she teamed with black shorts that showed off her toned legs and blingy silver flat sandals.

Her blonde hair was pulled into a messy updo and she drew attention to her eyes with her trademark black liner and mascara.

Britney's 90-minute show plays to packed crowds three times a week at the 4,600-seat venue. With 50 shows in 2014 and another 50 planned for this year, the star is reportedly earning $30 million over the 24 months.

Aside from her successful performing career, the Baby One More Time star also has her own lingerie line that is already selling in more than 200 countries.

Despite her crazy schedule, Britney revealed last year that she wanted to maintain her 'normal life' with her children.

Britney shares sons Jayden, eight, and Sean, nine, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who she divorced in November 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.

Helping her do that is her boyfriend of four months, TV producer Charlie Ebersol, the son of veteran TV producer and executive Dick Ebersol.

The couple began dating in October, just over two months after her breakup from boyfriend David Lucado, who she had been with since early 2013.
