Kendra Wilkinson vowed to get the 'body of her dreams' by her 30th birthday in June.

By the looks of things, it seems the former Playboy pin-up is well on her way to achieving that goal as she was spotted leaving the the gym after an intense workout session on Monday, near her home in Los Angeles.

'Trying to get in shape for the #UK #bustinmya**,' she tweeted, undoubtedly feeling proud of her hard work.

Kendra was sporting a pink vest top at the time, which she covered up with a baggy white tee.

The 29-year-old paired the tops with skintight three-quarter length leggings and pink running trainers.

She noticeably was not wearing a hint of make-up on her face, which drew attention to her natural beauty.

As she strolled along in the Californian sunshine, Kendra looked in better shape than ever.

However, the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star didn’t seem to agree when she took to Twitter later that evening and confessed she hadn't been exercising as much as she should.

Regretting her decision to ease up on her physical workload, she admitted: 'I took a little break from working out and man s**t comes back fast #nobreaks #fluctuatingmama LOL.'

But Kendra should perhaps not be so hard on herself as she has just returned home from a much-needed family getaway with her husband Hank Baskett and their adorable children; son Hank IV and nine-month-old daughter Alijah.

Is she serious? The model looked in better shape than ever but insisted that she has not been working out as much as she should

During the fun-filled winter break at Lake Tahoe, the model taught her little boy how to snowboard, proudly posting updates about his progress on Twitter.

In November, Kendra discussed her decision to work on her marriage with Hank instead of calling it quits over the alleged cheating scandal.

Hank was claimed to have paid transsexual model Ava London - born Paul Masaniai - $2,500 over two encounters between April 22 last year and the birth of his daughter Alijah in May.

‘It's going to take a lifetime to trust him again,’ Kendra told Us Weekly. ‘All I can say is I believe Hank. I love Hank.

'And he's proven to me that he's worth forgiving and fighting for.'
