Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our livelihood and we want you to be completely pleased with every purchase. If we have not met your satisfaction you may return your purchase within 15 days from the date of your receipt for a full refund, RMA number required to return purchase.

All merchandise requesting to be returned must be in original condition, Livingreen reserves the right to inspect and qualify all returns to their condition.

To return your product:

1. You must obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandize Authorization) by contacting Customer Service at 866-966-1319 or CustomerService@Livingreen.com. Shipping address will be provided with your RMA number. Items returned without an RMA will be returned to sender.
2. Product must be returned in the original package with all original tags and contents, be free of damage, and unused.

Processing your return:

1. Livingreen will process your return within 3 business of receipt.
2. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of official receipt. If a refund is due a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Your bank institute determines when they process your credit, it may take you bank up to 30 days.
