    • Cancellation post 7 days of subscription would cost you a deduction of 25% equivalent of your subscription value from the refund.
    • Cancellation after the completion of the 7th until the 15th day of subscription would cost you a deduction of 50% equivalent of your subscription value from the refund.
    • Cancellation request post 15 days of purchase of your subscription will be rejected and the cancellation will not be processed.
    • For all services, if a licensed version of an anti-virus pack has been installed, a standard anti-virus software fee   will be applicable.
