In her light and honest style, Patsy Clairmont shares humorous anecdotes that emphasize how wonderful it is that we are all unique individuals. All of the short stories illustrate how God loves us the way we are (warts and all!) and how He created each of us with different personalities and abilities. Ms. Clairmont will leave you feeling uplifted and encouraged - whether you're "normal" or not!

Patsy is one of the funniest and best writers/speakers I know. I've visited with her in Plano TX and on the road with Women of Faith. She had a phobia where she didn't leave her home for a long time. She's overcome it and now travels the world, finding humor in most situations. Her books are ones you want to share with anyone who needs uplifting with humor!

Patsy has a wonderful way of intertwining the scripture with modern life. This book made me laugh out loud, her humor is unbelievable! Very funny yet she conveys her message, her connection with the scriptures.

I loved this book. I felt like I got to know the author. She is very down to earth, sweet, and funny. It was filled with stories about our emotions and how they can get us into trouble at times. I realized that I was trying to be normal, when there is no such thing. I really enjoyed reading it.

More About the Author

Patsy Clairmont's quick wit and depth of biblical knowledge combine in a powerful pint-size package. She helps you to laugh God's truths right into your heart. Her mission to provide humor and hope for healing comes from her own struggles. A recovering agoraphobic, Patsy speaks at Women of Faith conferences, addressing tens of thousands of women, and has written more than twenty-four books, including Catching Fireflies, All Cracked Up, and I Grew Up Little. She loves a rainy day, a good book, and a deep cushioned chair. Given a day off, she shops, solves the world's problems with a friend over lunch, and hugs the stuffing out of her two grandsons, Justin and Noah. Patsy and her husband of fifty-two years, Les, live in Tennessee.
