It's was one event that was certain to draw in the crowds.

And among the stars turning up to watch Justin Bieber get roasted was Chrissy Teigen who lead the arrivals on Saturday in a typically plunging gown.

The 29-year-old joined celebrities including Ashley Benson, Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg to watch the Canadian crooner get his comeuppance for the Comedy Central special.

Chrissy broke the legs or cleavage rule once again, flashing both in the slinky black number but looked fabulous all the same.

Her sunkissed locks fell in beachy waves and she accessorised with ornate beaded gold drop earrings.

Completing the look were some stiletto heels and a black leather and gold clutch.

Bieber turned up to the taping at Sony Pictures studios in a bold blue suit and looked calm and collected ahead of his public humiliation.

The evening's entertainment will involve some of the 21-year-old's pals delivering punchlines aimed at his personal life and career.

Promos for the night of grilling showed a shirtless Bieber getting pelted with eggs, as well as a spoof of his Calvin Klein ad involving scantily clad comedian Jeffery Ross.

There have been many rumours about who will appear at the special including Bieber's ex Selena Gomez who was asked to attend but declined.

Roastmaster Ross told The Hollywood Reporter: 'This will be insane; If Biebs were any younger, this would qualify as child abuse.'

But fans needn't feel too sorry for the pop star, as the Baby hit maker was actually the one who approached Comedy Central to be roasted.

President of the network's content development and original programming told THR: 'Justin approached us. He said, "I'm turning 21 and I wanna be roasted." It shows great perspective and courage on his part.'

But when it comes to Bieber he added: 'I've spoken with all the comedians and we are all bringing firepower.'
