She's one hot mommy of three, but Gwen Stefani typically keeps her svelte shape under wraps with layered looks or baggy trousers for a casual day out.

But with Los Angeles' scorching 90 degrees Fahrenheit weather, the 45-year-old singer-turned-fashion designer opted to put her lean limbs on display while paying a visit to her regular acupuncture appointment on Monday.

The No Doubt frontwoman cooled off in a sleeveless white blouse which she tucked into a pair of skinny light grey snakeskin-printed trousers.

The platinum blonde beauty added some height with chic cream open-toe, zip-up ankle booties detailed with mesh panels.

Gwen of course sported her signature scarlet slick, matching her cherry red manicure and pedicure.

The Voice mentor concealed her eyes with clear-rimmed cat-eye sunglasses, as her light locks were flowing down, appearing to be air-dried while partially pinned back on the right.

The L.A.M.B. designer was spotted solo, without her husband Gavin Rossdale and sons Apollo, one, Zuma, six, and Kingston, eight.

When apart from her family, Gwen's recently been working hard on her music.

She is set to release a solo album later this year, which will be her first solo record since 2006's The Sweet Escape.

It is believed that her recent single Spark The Fire and track Shine, from the Paddington soundtrack, will be featured on the album.

Gwen, who won't be returning for another season of The Voice, previously discussed how grateful she is to still have a loyal fan base for whom she can continue creating music for.

'I just feel happy to be doing new music,' she told Spin. 'I didn't really count on it. I always thought that no one would care about me anymore, and then I would fizzle out and I'd have my family and my clothing lines.

'That was the plan I had 12 years ago when I started L.A.M.B. I was like, "I'll do my line and I'll have my kids, and that's it." Being able to do new music is more precious than ever before.'

The star will also be joining forces with the rest of No Doubt to perform at a few festivals in the coming year.

'We still have a lot of fun onstage because we have a lot of chemistry and once we get together, it really feels like we're being transported to a place where no time has passed,' she told the publication.
