She's rarely seen in anything less than at least three inch heels but even Victoria Beckham ditches the sexy footwear when she takes to the skies.

The fashion designer shared a snap of herself with her hair stylist Ken Paves rocking some very comfortable looking yellow slippers.

VB was aware of the departure from her usual look and captioned the picture, 'Travelling in style'.

Despite very occasionally switching to flat shoes these days, it's still a rare sight and even as the former Spice Girl boarded the private jet, she was sporting some stilettos.

The fashion mogul was flying out of Hong Kong following a trip to the amfAR fundraising event where she was dressed to impress.

In all white, Victoria looked like a statuesque beauty as she posed for the cameras at the AIDs foundation auction.

Back in 2008 VB wouldn't go near a pair of flats, whereas they recently appeared in her own collection.

At the time she told GMTV, 'I just can't concentrate in flats.I could go to the gym if I wore flats, I'd love to go to the gym, but I just can't get my head around the footwear.'

Although even then she did admit that she wore flip flops around the house with her family.

Victoria has shown off her fun side in the past few years and has been upfront about her consistent refusal to smile in photos.

While behind the scenes she's having a ball, she explained in a video interview with Vogue that she doesn't smile because of the industry she works in.

She said,'I'm smiling on the inside, but i feel like I have a responsibility to the fashion community.'
