Robin Thicke's estranged wife Paula Patton initially filed for divorce in October 2014.

Now comes word that the pair have settled their differences in regards to property and their four-year-old son Julian so their marriage can officially end, according to TMZ.

Paula, 39, reportedly filed papers on Tuesday stating that she and Robin, 38, have reached a property settlement and a custody arrangement that is acceptable to both.

Although the specifics are being kept private, it seems Paula is getting primary custody, TMZ reported.

The couple also came to terms regarding spousal and child support.

Robin isn't exactly a free man yet - he and Paula both have to wait another month before the divorce becomes final on April 14.

Paula, who met Robin when they were both teenagers, recently spoke about the split on the March 6 segment of Good Morning America.

'The thing is, you can't wallow in sadness or stay in bed when you have a child,' the Baggage Claim star told host Robin Roberts.

'And they're so full of life and wonder. And he brings me so much joy,' Paula added.

Paula and Robin had been high school sweethearts - she was 16 and he was 14 when they met - and they wed in 2005.

'Usually the positive in your life outweighs [anything else],' Paula continued. 'And you have to just be thankful for what you have right now.'

Robin has been dating 19-year-old model April Love Geary.

He and his music partner Pharrell Williams took a hit recently after a Los Angeles jury awarded about $7.3 million to Marvin Gaye’s family in a copyright case involving their hit song Blurred Lines.

The jury ruled that Thicke and Williams had committed copyright infringement on Marvin Gaye's song Got To Give It Up.
