Former Baylor center standout Isiah Austin was a projected lottery pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. The 7’1″ gentle giant from Fresno, California had a outstanding sophomore season, leading his squad to a 2014 NIT Championship. Despite playing with one normally functioning eye, Austin averaged 13.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.7 blocks a game. These numbers were good to enough to have him named on Big 12′s All Defensive team and for NBA scouts to be raving about his superstar potential for the next level. Unfortunately, Isiah wasn’t giving the fair chance to show fans what the scouts praise his game about. The young phenom’s career had to be cut short at the age of 20 after being diagnosed with Marfan’s syndrome. Crushed by the sudden reality that his dreams of playing in the NBA has abruptly ended, the NBA decided to make him an ceremonial lottery pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. Now, Austin has the rights and luxury to say he is apart of one of sports video games hottest franchise. Video game developers at 2K Sports decided to add Isiah Austin as a playable b-baller in the highly popular hoop game known as NBA 2K15.

With a overall rating of 73, the newly added on Isiah Austin looks precisely like the actual former Baylor superstar. In addition, they added his signature glasses he played with throughout his high school and collegiate career. The former ESPN High School All-American realized he was added onto the game and decided to show the creators of 2K some love via Twitter.
