They've spent time apart due to work commitments, but Erin McNaught and her three-month-old son Evander have finally been reunited with their main man, Elliot 'Example' Gleave in London.

Taking to Instagram, the former MTV VJ shared a snap of her two boys kicking back on the couch together.

The gorgeous 32-year-old wrote: '"0 degrees? And that means I have to wear all that ridiculous clothing you tried to put on me yesterday?!" Van can't quite believe English weather is even real.'

Van, as he's affectionately known, was rugged up in a white onesie with black stripes while his dad, 32, wore a black singlet.

The baby mirrored his father who had his hands placed on his chest as they watched TV.

Erin also shared a snap of Van in her lap as they flew from Sydney to London, she captioned the shot: 'Stripes on stripes #Londonbound,' in reference to both herself and Van wearing striped clothing.

Last week the mother-of-one shared a candid picture of her nursing Van, which received plenty of positive feedback from fellow mothers.

One user commented on the photo: 'Stunning picture and good on you for the positive image of [breast feeding]. Nothing more beautiful than nature at work.'

Example performed at the Future Music Festival earlier this month and before heading to London, was most recently performing in Shanghai.

The rapper took to social media to say how excited he was to be seeing his family in London.

Van arrived into the world in late December, a year after his parents tied the knot.

Erin met Example when the brunette beauty interviewed the English rapper for her MTV hosting gig, last year they returned to Australia to set up home.

An unswerving commitment to getting back into shape has seen her regularly out pounding the pavements, rock climbing, weights and hitting the boxing ring.

Erin championed staying in shape while she was pregnant revealing to TheFIX at Who Weekly's Sexiest People party in October, 'I'm doing a little bit of yoga but mostly more high-intensity stuff.

'I still do BodyAttack and Nike training and all of that!'

She went on to say: 'I'd say just eating really healthily and exercising, I can't emphasise that enough, how good exercise is through pregnancy. A lot of people are scared of it but you shouldn't be.'
