After dying her hair 'mermaid turquoise,' Hilary Duff is trying to shed her good girl image even more.

On Wednesday, the 27-year-old actress was spotted out and about in the Los Angeles nightlife scene after revealing her 'super naughty' party girl past in a recent interview with Time magazine.

The mother-of-one confessed she was a bit of a wild child, far different from her goody two-shoes Lizzie McGuire character, during the peak of her Disney Channel heyday.

The single star was seen leaving a LA venue dressed in a casual chic ensemble.

Hilary wore a black top and color coordinated skinny trousers, further accentuating her toned legs with a pair of brown suede ankle booties.

She kept warm with a wool trimmed denim jacket over her shoulders and completed her look by cinching in her waist with a thick brown leather belt.

We have to be honest, Hilary Duff doesn't normally feature high up on our fashion radar but lately she is killing it! Here we have the actress working a very cool off-duty aesthetic in a simple black skinny jean and tee combo, but it's that denim jacket that we're really digging.

As of late, Hilary is making fans know that her good girl image was just on-screen.

'I used to lie about to my age to get into clubs and stuff. All the time,' she admitted to Time.

'I think [nightclubs] would all know how old I was anyway. I was pretty well-known by the time I was trying to get into clubs, and they would just let me in anyway.

It wasn't hard for me to get in,' the ex-girlfriend of Aaron Carter added.

'I knew most of the people — I'm not trying to sound like a brat or anything! I had an older sister too - who is three years older - so she learned the ropes for me and then I got to just sneak in. Super naughty! Naughty, naughty. A fake ID would never work for me because they'd be like, "We know who you are," I think I had my sister's old ID.'

And Hilary is reminiscing on her 'super naughty' party girl past as a bit of inspiration for her latest TV role in TV Land's Younger.

'We get drunk a lot. We take Molly. It’s exhausting to act drunk or high all day!' she said of her character Kelsey.

'When I read the episode about my character’s DivaCup getting stuck, that was like, "Wow, okay, we're really going to go there." That was exciting.'

Hilary also added that the timing of her Younger role couldn't be better. 'I'm happy to take on a role that is more where I am in my life.

'There's definitely a stereotype because of my past, starting so young and people growing up with me. But I think the show felt like a step in the right direction,' she said with hopes Younger will forever dispel the Disney image she's carried with her.
