Giuliana Rancic continues to fuel speculation about her weight after posting a photo on Instagram on Thursday showing her enjoying some play time with her toddler son.

The E! host, 40, is sitting on a playground tire swing with Duke, aged two, and from the angle the picture is taken, she looks barely bigger than her child.

Her off-the-shoulder top exposes her angular shape and her collarbone visibly juts out while her lollipop head is exaggerated by her choice of super-large sunglasses.

The Fashion Police co-host wore striped sneakers and skinny blue jeans for the Thursday morning outing and kept her dark hair in a sleek bob.

Little Duke wore a white t-shirt and dark shorts with blue white-striped sneakers and looked somewhat pensive as he swung back and forth with his mom.

She captioned the photo, which was taken by her husband, businessman Bill Rancic, with 'It's a good day.'

Giuliana raised eyebrows with her seemingly disappearing frame during awards season and prompted Twitter users to say she was 'skin and bones' and someone who 'needs a sandwich or 10.'

At the time, she responded: 'I know the truth. I know that I eat a lot and I take walks and I have a faster metabolism.'

The TV personality. who married former Apprentice winner Bill in 2007, endured a very public battle with breast cancer in 2011 that was documented in the couple's E! reality series.

Their son was born using a surrogate in 2012.

‘This could be our last shot,’ Giuliana said. ‘We’re keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out.’

‘If I don’t ever have another kid, I have to remind myself that I’m very fortunate to have what I have.'
