According to TMZ, Dennis filed the documents because he and his wife Patricia are worried the stalker fan might turn up at their home, or at Gwen's, again.

But the singer seemed determined to put the problem to one side and focus on her kids with husband Gavin Rossdale.

The No Doubt frontwoman appeared relaxed as she strolled through the theme park in a red and white plaid long-sleeved shirt, dark khaki gaucho capri pants gathered at the knee and white sneakers.

She wore her blonde hair tied back and tucked under a baseball cap and kept her sunglasses on. The Don't Speak hit maker alternated between carrying her youngest Apollo in a baby sling and pushing him in a stroller
