Need For Speed! Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul goes for a spin in his blue and white vintage car around LA

Aaron Paul has a new love in his life - a stunning vintage sports car.

A day after he used it to run errands with his wife Lauren Parsekian, he was out taking the super cool vehicle for a spin again on Friday in LA.

It seems that starring in last year's car racing movie Need For Speed has had a major impact on the actor, 35.

The Breaking Bad star, dressed all in black, was spotted filling up the 1965 Shelby Cobra at a gas station in West Hollywood.

The lightweight sports racer is highly sought-after by vintage enthusiasts and the distinctive blue open top car is certainly an eye-catcher with its broad white stripes on the hood.

The actor fiddled with ear phones that were attached to his cell phone while he refueled.

Aaron has some downtime right now after wrapping up starring roles in four films this year.

His heist movie Triple 9 with Kate Winslet and Norman Reedus is due out in September.

He's also been busy filming The 9th Life Of Louis Drax opposite Jamie Dornan as well as Fathers And Daughters with Amanda Seyfried and Russell Crowe.

And he's recently completed the thriller Eye In The Sky with Helen Mirren and Alan Rickman that was shot in South Africa.

While it's clear he's making the most of a break in his schedule, Aaron, who famously starred as Jesse Pinkman in AMC's former hit series Breaking Bad, has hinted that he may soon be back on the small screen in the spin-off Better Call Saul.

Speaking to Variety about guest starring on the new series, Aaron said: 'We always have fun having that discussion.

'Vince [Gilligan], myself, Peter [Gould], the writers, we just have no idea how that would happen. But hopefully one day.'

Breaking Bad executive producer Michelle MacLaren also told Variety that she’d like to see Paul and series star Bryan Cranston make a cameo on the spin-off.

'Who knows what they’re gonna do, but it is a prequel, so [Paul] absolutely could,' MacLaren said.
